Scholarships
The Central Texas Chapter awards scholarships each year to upper class students of a local institution of higher education.

The criteria for the scholarships are:
- Full time student, Junior or higher at a local university
- Strong GPA
- Risk Management and Insurance courses
- Work experience
- Related membership or participation in professional organizations
The requirements for consideration include:
- Completion of Application, special attention will be given to the response to the question regarding the use of Risk Management principles in future career (s)
- Recommendation from Department Head
